- 2 tblsp s.r flour
- 1.5 tblsp sugar
- 1/2 tblsp cocoa
- 1/2 egg (I usually make 2, beat one egg with a fork and pour half into each cup)
- 1.5 tblsp milk
- 1/2 tblsp oil (or melted butter)
- small dash of vanilla
- chocolate
Put all ingredients into a microwaveable mug, stir until combined. Put some chocolate in the bottom of the mug, and some on top of the mixture. I use a couple of squares chopped roughly. Microwave for 2 minutes 30 seconds. Allow to cool slightly. I served with a scoop of vanilla icecream, a dollop of whipped cream, a spoonful of cherry jam, and dusted with icing sugar.
