Qld Premier Anna Bligh has asked those in the state whose dams are at levels of 75% or above to "spare a thought" for others in the state who are still in severe drought.
Thanks Ms Bligh, I'm sure that's really going to help dams like ours here in Toowoomba rise above 9%. Now that we've all thought about it, what exactly are you going to do about it?
Maybe first you'll have to remember that you are actually premier of more of Queensland than just the South-East corner.

ReplyDeleteI know that the problems are difficult to fix, and expensive. But I do wish that people would think more long term.
Our population is only going to increase, we need these things fixed NOW.
